All of our SANs encrypt data at the hardware level, ensuring there is no possibility of tampering with our machines or systems. In addition, you can enable encryption for your service using your own managed encryption key, providing an extra layer of security. To further guarantee data privacy and protection, nearly all of our server closets are housed in locked containers or cages within the data centers, which are monitored 24/7. This setup allows us to maintain the highest level of security for your data.

Can I up- downgrade my plan any time?
Absolutely. You can switch your plan at any time and from any level, as long as the service remains within the same family or model. Please note, however, that all of our services are billed in advance for a full month. Any changes will be reflected as credits on your next invoice, or charged immediately via your linked payment method.
